We understand that emergencies happen. Just as your time is valuable, so is ours. When you do not show up you leave a gap in our provider’s day that could have been filled. We require that you put your credit card on file for booking. We will email you 48 hours prior to your appointment, then text you 48 hours as well as 24 hours prior. Our policies are as follows:

A cancellation before 24 hours will not be charged.

A cancellation within the 24 hours before or a no show will be charged $50 for laser hair & aerolase laser appointments and $100 for facial appointments.

Each additional no show or cancellation after your first time, the fee will increase by $25.

By the third no show, we will not book an appointment for you. We will only accept walk-ins or same day calls to book.
